EMM London Private Office is pleased to be able to offer exclusively and off market this stunning 2016 Ferrari F12 TDF in the launch colour of Giallo Triplo Strato, (triple yellow to us Brits), complemented further by a subtle double black stripe running over the top of the car. 

Originally launched in October 2015 as a track-focused version of the successful F12 Berlinetta, the TDF name pays homage to Ferrari's regular success in one of the oldest surviving endurance road races in motoring history, the grueling Tour de France (1899 to 1986). 

A TDF almosts exists in its own identity with most people referring to the car without preceeding it with F12; after all there is no need, every petrol head knows. A TDF is in our opinion one of the great Ferraris and certainly one that every collector should at least be considering at current pricing. Of 799 units produced, only 50 came in RHD and it's believed through reliable sources, only 15 were in the incredible triple yellow paint. 

And if you're thinking this is just a tricked out F12 Berlinetta, you'd be very wrong. The TDF in every respect is a different car. From the astonishing uprated normally aspirated 6.3l V12 engine that sings like a group of angels on helium past 8k rpm, to the brutal 7 speed DCT that engages gears in race mode with such ferocity you'd think it was a dog engaged sequential from a racecar (funny that), to the lightweight body (a dry weight of just 1415kg), stiffer suspension and improved aero, which produces almost double the downforce of the more standard F12 Berlinetta. The chassis is in fact so good Ferrari claim the weight distribution is 46% front, 54% rear and that the rear steering system is essential to help the rear end stay on the road.

In our opinion the TDF will be celebrated by collectors in the future for its timely perfection - a perfect balance of analogue with a smattering of useful technology. But this car is not for sissies, it's agressive, edgy and very unforgiving, just how a supercar should be.  

If you don't see the F12 TDF as a future investment grade car, like an F40 for instance, you've not been paying enough attention. 

Our current advice is to collect a RHD version of the TDF whilst they are still under £1m.

EMM London Private Office has done research on TDFs sold through 2022 (4) and TDFs for sale currently (6) and whilst this example might be slightly over the average mileage of 1977 miles , it is also priced significantly under the average price sold/asked currently  which stands at £886,949.50 making it an extremely attractive proposition, especially in the premium laaunch colour.
